founder Rich thompson
Xtra Point Group is founded by Rich Thompson, an expert in human resources specializing in leadership, talent development, culture and performance based management.
As a record setting and All Big Ten place kicker for the University of Wisconsin, Rich first understood the importance of culture as part of the revolutionary turnaround of the Badger football program under legendary Hall of Fame coach Barry Alvarez, followed by two years as a free agent with the Green Bay Packers.
He then launched a successful career in staffing and human resources, first starting in operations and then specializing in human resources as a former Chief HR Officer for a global Fortune 500 company and head of training and development for operations in more than 60 countries of a $30 billion organization, before starting his own company focusing on HR solutions.
Today, Xtra Point Group is a team of workforce experts motivated to impact the careers and performance of both individuals and organizations.
